Since its founding in 1919, A. A. Duckett has had a
strong tradition of providing the best in customer service.
One of the ways we achieve that is through our committed
employees. Many of our employees from the technician, sales and administrative staff have 20 to 30 years of service with our
company. In our industry, technicians tend to make lateral moves to further their vocation. So those personnel who have longevity
with a company are the exception not the norm. We are very proud of those individuals who have made a career with our organization.
Many of our sales staff have technical experience and have attended the American Society of Refrigeration, Heating
& Air-Conditioning Engineers Basic & Advanced Design Courses. Their abilities allow them to look at both the most
cost effective methods and the best equipment applications for our customers.
In addition to our HVAC-R abilities,
we can provide Plumbing Services through our Licensed Master Plumber who has over 20 years of experience as well. These types
of services enable us to provide our customers a complete mechanical package.
As an HVAC Contractor we are
constantly looking for well qualified Technicians and Sales Personnel to enhance our services to our customers. We know that
the better our staff is, the better we can serve our clients.
