PROJECT MANAGER/ESTIMATOR
South Jersey
contractor seeking a Project Manager/Estimator to oversee multiple projects
ranging from large to medium in size. Leadership, Communication, Financial,
Subcontractor & Customer Service skills required. Ability to estimate &
prepare proposals based on plan and spec bid packages. Coordinate all
aspects of work needed to properly price & execute this type of work. Strong
knowledge of Commercial HVAC-R, plumbing, electrical, life safety & controls
is required. Candidate is required to interact with Sales Engineers, Field
Labor Force and Customers. College Degree or Industry Certification with a
minimum of 5 years experience required.
