Elliott-Lewis
Corporation (ELCO), a large HVAC company in the Philadelphia area, acquired A. A. Duckett. In 1998, Welsch-Waymar was
also acquired by Elliott-Lewis and was joined with A. A. Duckett under the
A.A. Duckett umbrella.
ELCO has been providing HVAC services since 1905 and has approximately 500 employees and serves its customers from the main headquarters in Philadelphia. Today, A. A. Duckett
is one of the nine Elliott-Lewis subsidiaries.
